You can now expand the majlis and add annexes within your plot — more living space for your family.
One condition: a certified study
The municipality approves the expansion only with a structural load-bearing report from a certified engineering consultant.

Only then do we issue the load-bearing certificate — a document the municipality trusts because it is built on real measurements, not assumptions.
