Villa — Structural Design Package (Al Thimaed)

Structural design for a proposed new villa complex, which includes a ground floor, a first floor, and a penthouse (G+1+P), as well as two ancillary structures: a dedicated kitchen block and a driver's room. Our role involved providing the complete set of structural calculations and detailed design drawings for all these components. The objective was to ensure the entire complex is built to the highest standards of safety, durability, and compliance with all local and international building codes.
