Structural design for a proposed new villa complex, meticulously planned to include a ground floor, a first floor, and a penthouse (G+1+PH), along with a detached out kitchen and a dedicated pool area. Our work involved providing the complete set of structural calculations and drawings to ensure the entire complex is built to the highest standards of safety, durability, and compliance with all local and international building codes. This included detailed analysis of all load-bearing elements for both the main villa and its ancillary structures, as well as the design of a robust foundation system capable of supporting the multi-story structure and its unique architectural features.
