Execution of structural design and value engineering for the Ijara Villas development, comprising 10 residential units located in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for Babili Group. The primary objective was to deliver optimized, highly efficient structural systems that ensure total structural safety and serviceability while maximizing cost-effectiveness and material efficiency in full compliance with local and international design standards.
Our role
Executed structural design, modeling, and rigorous value engineering for 10 residential villas in full compliance with SBC, ACI 318, and ASCE 7.
