Complete structural design and 3th Party Consultant during 2 Years for a complex of three luxurious villas, each featuring a ground floor, basement, first floor, and penthouse (G+B+1+P), along with an outdoor majlis and a dedicated guard room. This prestigious project is uniquely situated on the sea shore in Legtaifya, Doha. The coastal location presented a specific set of engineering challenges that demanded innovative solutions. A critical aspect of the design was the requirement for specialized shoring systems to manage the unstable soil conditions and high water table typical of a coastal environment. Furthermore, the design had to carefully consider and account for potential environmental factors such as wind loads, humidity, and the corrosive effects of salt spray on materials, ensuring the long-term durability and structural integrity of the entire complex.
