ALARABIYA TELEVISION REVAMP—Studio A,B,C

SIEC was appointed as the specialized structural consultant (Third-Party) on behalf of the Main Contractor, Reson8 Media Interiors & Contracting, to perform a comprehensive structural evaluation, capacity assessment, and retrofitting design for the Al Arabia TV Studios Revamp project. Our scope encompassed evaluating and verifying the structural stability of the facility to safely sustain all newly imposed heavy operational loads, including state-of-the-art media equipment, broadcast machinery, and heavy ceiling-suspended decorative elements. Working in close collaboration with the Local Consultant of Record (MAB Consultant), SIEC executed advanced structural analysis and design interventions for precast reinforced concrete beams, prestressed members, structural steel frameworks, and specialty aluminum profiles. Our engineering methodology integrated rigorous calculations and non-linear finite element modeling (FEM) using cutting-edge software in strict compliance with international structural codes (including ACI 318 and AISC specifications). Additionally, SIEC coordinated with accredited third-party testing laboratories to validate material properties, issuing full technical audit reports and execution-ready engineering packages to guarantee structural integrity and complete operational safety.
